lnstruction: 1. Position cutter so the blade makes contact at desired cutting point. Drive and tighten the knob to secure the tubing. Do not over tight. 2. Rotate cutter once to position the cutting line and repeat until the tube is cut. 3. Remove inside and outside burrs with the deburring tool. 4. Insert the deburring tool with it’s blade facing down to fit the groove.
