Hotlines is a group of passionate industry professionals with a shared interest in providing quality products and premium customer service. We also share a passion for cycling and are driven each day by a desire to improve the cycling experience for consumers and our valued dealer base. Each member of the Hotlines team has been selected to compliment the team and bring a specific skill set to the company; we pride ourselves on working hard and enjoying what we do.
What We Do
Hotlines is a distributor of premium goods to the cycling industry in the UK and Worldwide. We pride ourselves in providing quick and efficient service and expert product knowledge. We are the exclusive UK distributor for many of the leading brands within the cycling industry. We also distribute our own brands Nukeproof, Ragley and Brand X dealer direct Worldwide.
Ed IbbetsonHead of Operations & Supplier Management
Ed has been an integral part of Hotlines for the past 13 years. With a wide ranging remit that covers everything from office organisation to pricing and forecasting he has a handle on most things that happen day to day at Hotlines. He’d like to think he has his finger on the pulse when it comes to trends in biking, but in reality he’s an un-nerving mix of old school with an addiction to the “next big thing”: regardless of what it is!
Andrew McIntoshProduct Manager
Andrew is one of Hotlines longest serving staff members with 10+ years’ experience. As Product Manager Andrew knows most of our portfolio inside and out, working with brands such as Nukeproof, Ragley, NS Bikes, Rondo, Crème, WTB, Spank, Chromag, Brand-X & more. Through ruthless efficiency Andrew runs our brands all the way from the new product launch stage through to hitting dealers shop floors, while liaising with the marketing and sales teams as the go-to-guy for product knowledge. With some varied racing experience in his past he knows a good product and always finds time to get on the saddle whether it be a long XC or Gravel ride, Enduro day out or just an evening hitting up some jumps.
Nick SamsomSales & Web Administrator
Nick began working at Hotlines in the Sales Dept but has recently moved to the Operations Team.
After completing a photography degree he has worked in the cycle industry in both sales and workshop roles and has a host of knowledge to draw from.
Coming from a Dutch background meant he was fixing and riding bikes almost before he could walk.
Matt YeoSales Manager
Matt has worked in the cycle industry in the UK over the last 30 years, in various positions including Retail, Distribution and at Brand level.
As keen follower of BMX, MX & basically all things two wheels, Matt brings a lot of invaluable knowledge to Hotlines team.
Matty TrinquartKey Account & International Sales Manager
Matty has worked in the industry for over 10 years, both in the UK and abroad. He has gathered a great deal of experience supporting bike shops and has a good understanding of the challenges faced by our customer. Having held many roles in small established independents and larger chains, marketing and events he is well placed to step directly into Andy's shoes. While a BMXer at heart, you can usually find him at the local pumptrack, building road gaps in the woods or practising his most recent interest, track cycling at the velodrome.
Graham MooreNorth Account Manager
Graham is responsible for keeping the Gears churning throughout the North of England and North Wales. Ensuring that our dealers are happy with current brands but also introducing up and coming produce within the portfolio. He is also responsible for the planning and surgical execution of Demo days for our dealer network.
Along with 7 years Racing DH and over 10 years of experience working in the trade from Retail sales and workshop manager to fettling the gears for a Pro Race Team, Grahams experience has been a key part of his success at Hotlines as well as his love and passion for cups of tea and a good chin wag.
Rob EscottSouth East Account Manager
Rob’s experience speaks for itself, having worked in the cycling industry for many years. He has worked direct with brands and for distributors, in both service and sales roles.
Having raced mountain bikes for the last 12 years in the UK and abroad he understands the need for reliable, quality products.
He will be looking after the Hotlines portfolio in the Southern and East Midlands area. Any questions, please get in touch, he will be happy to help.

Julie DominguezSales & Tech Support
Julie joined Hotlines as part of the sales team, in particular looks after our BMX dealers. With over 18 years experience in sales within the bicycle industry, working her way up from the sales floor to store management and purchasing, she understands the pressures and demands and looks forward to every challenge put upon her! Her biking career started off tentatively in downhill racing, and after a long break (after several breakages) she picked up a fixed gear bike and raced on the velodrome specialising in match sprinting. Now Julie races BMX at National level in both Championship and Cruiser .
Brian ClarkSales & Tech support
Coming from a background in Customer Services and Sales with a passion for anything with wheels whether 2 or 4. With bike shop experience over the last 15 years covering everything from large chains to managing a small independent bike shop he has seen it all and probably either fixed or sold it into the bargain.
When not on his bike he is usually either wielding a camera or fixing whichever old cars he has managed to accumulate.
David FlynnHead of Marketing
Dave spent his first two years at Hotlines in a brand management role. He is now responsible for leading the sales and marketing team and continuing our commitment to excellent dealer service and support. In the industry full time for 8 years, Dave has worked in sales, events, marketing and brand management roles for a bike brand and corporate retailer. Growing up working in bike shops, he knows what our customers need and how to add value to our impressive brand portfolio. A jack-of-all-trades on a bike, he’s raced cyclo-cross, worked as a guide in the Alps, tried his hand at DH and most recently, achieved a bottom-three position at a gravity-enduro event – he’s hoping to improve...
Steve LarkingMarketing Assistant
Steve joined Hotlines after cutting his teeth on the retail side of the cycle industry, and amassing a wealth of knowledge from years spent riding and racing mountain bikes. After a number of years in sales, he has moved across to marketing. Steve communicates information from the wealth of brands within the portfolio across a number of different platforms and audience types. Acting as a point of contact for media, product testers and sponsored athletes, his riding experience keeps him at the sharp end of the scene.

Matthew CurrieGraphic Designer
Matt is the graphic designer at Hotlines responsible for much of the company’s creative output covering everything from advertising, branding, 3D, editorial to web design over a huge variety of brands and disciplines. Matt has had experience working on a broad range of design projects across the country throughout his career and has been a biker from an early age.
With an ever-expanding range of disciplines being ridden (and bikes accumulated) and love for riding this allows for a continued understanding and balance between biker and designer helping the work created to always evolve.

Steve KerrWarranty Manager
Steve heads up our warranty department and his knowledge of all things bike is legend. He has been riding and fixing bikes since he was first able to pick up a spanner and when not riding his bike he is thinking about it. Steve’s most recent MTB passion has been for 100 mile off road day rides and the distances are destined to get longer with 200 miles nonstop the next target.
