Inside, an anatomically shaped insole supports the foot as you pedal and with micro-perforations air is able to circulate the whole foot. Getting the right fit is easy too, the no-fuss 3-strap system letting you customise the fit quickly and easily at the start of your ride. **MTB 2Density Sole 7.0** The MTB 2Density Sole 7.0 is engineered from a nylon and fibreglass composite, balancing stiffness, value and performance in a lightweight package.
