The G. Tornado Road Cycling Shoes feature a supple microfibre upper and when paired with the 'Comfort-Fit' tongue you'll revel in the support and comfort these high-performance shoes offer. A generous amount of ventilation holes across the upper ensure cool feet when the heat rises and this is complemented by the micro-perforated 'Transpiration Insole'. Not only does the insole provide perfect foot support it allows for easy circulation of fresh air over the whole foot. The integrated heel-cup features both an anti-slip grip and an anti-tendonitis shape for an exceptional foothold and total comfort as you apply the power.
To customise the fit and feel of the shoes, nothing could be simpler than a twist of the BOA L6 dial. Smooth running guides apply even pressure where you need it, creating a stable and comfortable pedalling platform which is also adjustable on the go. And without straps or laces to obstruct airflow, the front of the foot is kept cool through the perforated tongue.
EPS Carbon Power Sole 8.0
The carbon/nylon composite construction of the EPS Carbon Power Sole 8.0 creates a stiff platform through which to apply your power to the pedals, However, rated at 8 out of 12 for stiffness, it still has enough spring to provide comfort over long cycling distances. Support in the plantar arch area keeps the foot stable throughout the pedal stroke while 5 air vents provide cooling airflow to the sole. An interchangeable rear pad and anti-slip toe insert both work to keep you stable when you're off the bike.
