We are currently recruiting for a bike enthusiast to join the Hotlines team near Edinburgh, Scotland.

 Job Purpose:

The Sales and Web Administrator is responsible for preparing, presenting and analysing information from sales, stock management and customer database areas. The role provides departments within the business the necessary insights and intel to effectively manage the sales, operations and marketing functions. This role will also manage our product data information which ensures our customers have access to the latest and accurate product information served to them via our B2B system

Context:

Hotlines is the distribution business owned by WiggleCRC. We manage over 30 brands and supply all of the key retailers in the UK and some foreign territories. Hotlines offers our brands a full service which includes sales, logistics, warranty and brand development / marketing. In addition to our 3rd party brand partners we also distribute the WiggleCRC house brands (Nukeproof, Ragley, Brand X) to the wider market. This role is pivotal in ensuring the product information we present to our customers is up to date and accurate and all sales related reporting is delivered to the required departments. 

Accountabilities:

  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales packs
  • Maintain the B2B web system ensuring all the product data information correct
  • Upload offers and marketing comms via the B2B system
  • Carry out regular checks on the data accuracy and performance of the B2B system
  • Prepare regular stock review packs
  • Maintain the customer data base at territory and brand level
  • Carry out ad hoc reports and analysis

 KPI’s:

  • Meeting report deadlines and accuracy
  • Data accuracy of B2B system
  • Customer database accuracy
  • Stock management reporting

 Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Highly numerate with advanced excel skills
  • Experience preparing and analysing sales performance data
  • Experience working with inventory management and web based B2B systems
  • Interest in the outdoor and cycling industry
