It has been precision CNC machined to maintain high strength and to remove unnecessary material to save weight and give a sleek modern, stylish look. ### **Offset Design for Durability and Easier Fitting** The Horizon stem steerer clamp features an offset design, which provides maximum thread contact for the steerer bolts. All sharp edges have been removed during the machining process to ensure a smooth feel while eliminating any risk of injury should your body come in contact with the stem.
